Can I order an item if it's out of stock?

No, I am afraid. We can understand the frustration, but it’s best to order the item when it’s in stock. 

Do you sell spares?

We don’t sell spares, however, if you require any replacement parts please contact us via live chat or email.

No we don’t offer a design, consultation or installation service – we concentrate on providing quality products at unbeatable prices.

Can I mix and match my products?

You can, however, some products have distinct functionality or features that may limit mix and match options and these are clearly indicated on our website.

What if I'm unhappy with part of your service?

We work hard to ensure that you’ll be pleased with both your purchase and the service you’ve received. However, if there is something you’re unhappy with, please contact us and we’ll do our very best to put matters right.

Can I amend my order?

As long as your order hasn’t already left our warehouse, we’ll happily amend it for you.

However, if you need to amend your order, but it has already left the warehouse, depending on the type of amendment, we may need to complete what is known as a refund resale. This means that we’ll cancel your original order and start a new order. Your original payment will be refunded and new payment will be taken.

In both cases, please call us on 1-626-400-5750 as soon as you can, quoting your order reference number, and they’ll be happy to talk you through your options.

How long does it take for delivery ?

We are in process to make this process as fast as possible but at the moment, it does take 1-7 working days generally.

Where do we ship too?

We only ship within the U.S., exclude shipping to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, PP Box. Items will be shipped the same business day when payment was completed by 11:00 am PST. Any payments received after 11:00 am PST, will go out on the second business day.

Do you install?

In order to maintain our great quality and low prices, we don’t offer an installation service.

We recommend installation is carried out by qualified and experienced plumbing professional.

We strongly suggest that you don’t schedule any installation until you have received and checked your goods.

I've received the wrong product, what can I do?
